If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a Return Authorization (RA) within three (3) days of receiving your order for store credit only. Store credit can be used in-store or online and will never expire. All purchases made with store credit are final sale and funds cannot be used toward shipping costs or alterations. All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The three-day eligibility to request a return or exchange begins on the day that our shipping provider indicates the merchandise was delivered to you. Once your email has been received, you will receive a reply with an RA number, within 24-48 hours. You are responsible for all shipping charges. The dress must be sent back to us with insurance, tracking and “signature required”, as we will not be held responsible for lost packages. Please make sure you use the original packaging that was used when the item was shipped to you. Have your RA number clearly printed on the outside of the box. All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within three days of your receipt date and prior to your stated wear date. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after three days of your receipt date, shipped on or following your stated wear date and/or without a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.
Returned goods must be returned in original condition. We inspect all items we ship out to ensure there are no damages. A store credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and must have all original tags attached and be in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you at your shipping expense. Shipping charges are not refundable. For this purpose, all items will be delivered with tracking numbers, which will be sent to you via email. You must pay for all shipping costs to and from, plus a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.
Exchanges are subject to item availability in our store's stock. If you choose to exchange your item for a different style, size, or color (if available) that we have in our store, all return fees apply, including shipping back to Seng Couture. You will be asked to make a payment for the balance due, if applicable. If the item you want to exchange is available, you are still eligible for free shipping. If the new item is priced lower than the original, a store credit will be issued for the balance due to you minus all return fees.
