At Seng Couture and www.SengCouture.com we hope that you love your purchase. Please keep in mind that once you have placed an order with us, you cannot cancel it. You are responsible for placing your order an adequate amount of time in advance to ensure arrival prior to your wear date, as well as choosing the correct size and color.
Dye lots and print placements may vary slightly, as well as minor differences in color depictions on electronic displays, for which we will not be held liable.
Most dresses have invisible zippers. Invisible zippers are not like a normal zipper on a jacket or your jeans. Invisible zippers are delicate and need to be treated as such to ensure proper function. We are not responsible for any damages to zippers due to improper handling. Please read all garment wash tags carefully, as we are not liable for improper laundering or dry cleaning.
Special orders are orders for items that are not in our store's stock and are not scheduled to come into stock. A representative from Seng Couture will notify you prior to confirming your order and you will be offered the option to place a special order. Special order items are final sale*. Once a special order is confirmed, via email, there will be no option for a return, exchange, or cancellation.
We will never special order dresses that are not available by your indicated wear date. If this is the case, your order will be cancelled and your credit will be refunded back to you.

Under no circumstances will a return or exchange be accepted after the customer's stated wear date. If you do not provide a wear date, it will be considered final sale*.
Exchanges, items bought with store credit, sale merchandise, special orders, jewelry, and accessories are all final sale.
