Here are the qualifications for Our Lowest Price Guarantee:
› Styles found on another website or salon must be an authorized retailer of the same designer/label carried by Seng Couture. Please note there are unauthorized websites and stores that showcase original pictures but do not sell the correct items shown. To find out whether or not the website or store is an authorized retailer of the item you are looking for, you must verify via the "store locator" on the Manufacturer's website.
› The URL address that links to the exact same style and designer on another website and/or the name and address of the other retailer must be provided.
› Documentation such as invoices will count as substantial evidence. A price written on a business card, loose paper, or anything of illegitimate sources will not be considered substantial evidence.
