You are responsible for placing your order an adequate amount of time in advance to ensure arrival prior to your wear date, as well as choosing the correct size and color desired. Dye lots and print placements may vary slightly, as well as minor differences in color depictions on electronic displays, for which we will not be held liable.
Most dresses have invisible zippers. Invisible zippers are not like a normal zipper on a jacket or your jeans. Invisible zippers are delicate and need to be treated as such to ensure proper function. We are not responsible for any damages to zippers due to improper handling. Please read all garment wash tags carefully, as we are not liable for improper laundering or dry cleaning.
When placing online orders, we review all orders to confirm availability on logistics before processing payments and registering it with any bridal groups (if you are ordering as a part of a bridal party). If the item desired is not available, the order will automatically be canceled, the payment will not be processed, and we will contact you to advise and find an alternative item. Kindly note online orders are processed in full.
